The star of E!'s Keeping Up With the Kardashians was photographed cruising around Malibu Tuesday—while wearing red nail polish and holding a cigarette. When Bruce was coughed by the paparazzi earlier that day, his nails were au naturel. Perhaps the manicure was a birthday treat, as he turned 65 years old.
The Olympic decathlete's long hair was tucked behind his Nike hat during the drive.
Bruce has been experimenting with his appearance since he split with Kris Jenner in September 2013, sporting longer locks and oversized glasses. When his ex appeared on NBC's Today last week, Hoda Kotb asked her to refute or confirm multiple tabloid stories claiming that Bruce is "developing into a woman."
"It's silly," Kris, 58, said, laughing. "They've been saying that since the '70s. You'd think it'd be cooked by now, I don't know—but [that storyline] keeps continuing...They keep regurgitating the same old stuff."

As for reports that Bruce is dating Kris' best friend, Ronda Kamihira, the cookbook author said, "I don't know who he's dating. He doesn't like check in with me and give me a play by play, but it's his life, and you just want the guy to be happy. You know, he's still the father of two of my children. We're friends."
Indeed. A source had previously said that while Bruce and Ronda are "very close," they are not romantically involved. "Ronda is one of Bruce's longtime best friends in the world," a source told E! News. "They are definitely not dating. Trust me, anyone suggesting that is barking up the wrong tree."
It's not yet known how Bruce spent the rest of his birthday, but rest assured, his family did something special—if not predicable. "Bruce is just boring," Khloé Kardashian told E! News. "I feel like we get him the same stuff every year, but that's what he wants." Kourtney Kardashian added, "A gift certificate."

While a gift certificate may seem impersonal, Khloé said, "That's all he wants, though, and I feel so bad, but he loves it. When he opens it, you'd think he's never gotten it before because of how surprised he acts...And I'm like, 'You knew what was coming,' but I appreciate his dedication in acting surprised."
