Catelynn Lowell and her fiancé Tyler Baltierra have no doubt received a bunch of baby gifts for their soon-to-arrive daughter, but the “Teen Mom” couple just got something that surely trumps them all: items belonging to their firstborn Carly.

Cate, who came up with an adoption plan for the little girl with help from her high school sweetheart on “16 and Pregnant,” joyfully took to her Instagram account to share a snapshot of the generous gift from Carly’s legal parents, Brandon and Teresa. Brace yourself: The sight of the offerings, as well as the caption, will surely tug at your heartstrings.
“The BEST gift for our new little girl was from Brandon and Teresa… Carlys first baby doll and two outfits she wore as a baby…” Cate wrote. “I about balled and this is the most precious thing to me now…. for our daughter to have some of Carlys things are beyond amazing and touching… something I will never forget…”
In addition, Cate — who’s due to deliver Baby V in December — posted a black-and-white photograph of Tyler cradling her blossoming bump.
“My man is the best man… he is the world’s most amazing father love him with all my heart and soul,” the 22-year-old added. True love and excitement in its finest and purest form.
