"It was so much fun," Campbell told Alan Carr: Chatty Man.

When Carr asked how it happened, she added: "I don't know. Kate called me and she said, 'Did you get the call?' I'm like, 'Yeah', she says, 'We're doing it! Noel's with us', we're like, 'That's it'.

"You know, we had a wonderful vacation together, we were so hyped since August about it, just to be, you know, just three of us chilling in the living room."

She continued: "I'll be honest, I don't get to sit always in a living room, I usually get to sit on planes, so I download everything and I watch it on the plane when I'm travelling.

"When I'm home, to sit home in front of the TV is a major luxury for me - eat in front of the TV, it's really, it's 10 for me, it's amazing."

Carr quipped: "And do you F and Jeff like you did?"

Campbell replied: "Yep, that's all real, that's me, take it or leave it."

Asked if she had watched Gogglebox before, Campbell said: "Yes - huge fan. I'm sorry the English version, the original, is so much [better].

"Have you seen the American one? It's called something on the couch [The People's Couch], we got it better. But it's so real, it's funny - I love all the comments."

She added: "It keeps me involved with the TV going on here, because when I travel, there's this thing you can put, this Bear App, that you can watch English TV when you're away, so I get to keep up.

"It's like they're the critics of today, Gogglebox are the new critics of television, that's what it is."

After being shown the clip of Kate Moss hitting her in the eye, Campbell replied: "It was an accident, she's my sister, I love Miss Kate Moss-Hince, she's a wonderful lady. But no, it was all real."

When asked if she had the 'reality bug', Campbell said: "As I said before, I think for Stand Up to Cancer and for what it was for, it was really important.

"To be home in London, it meant the world to me. So, special things, things that support things like that, yes."

Naomi Campbell appears with Dermot O'Leary and Elijah Wood, with music by Paloma Faith, on Alan Carr: Chatty Man tonight (October 31) on Channel 4 at 10pm.
