On Friday (October 31), Spacey took part in Jimmy Fallon's game 'Wheel of Impressions', in which Fallon and the actor took turns doing impressions while talking about Halloween-themed topics.
The House of Cards actor did spot-on impressions of Johnny Carson, Christopher Walken and Bill Clinton as well as Michael Caine.
This isn't the first time Spacey has shown off his Carson impression to Fallon.
When Fallon was still hosting Late Night, he asked Spacey to do a Carson impression after revealing that Carson hosted the first ten years of The Tonight Show from the studio they were sitting in.
Back in May, Spacey performed a clean version of Jason Derulo's hit song 'Talk Dirty' with Fallon's barbershop quartet.
Spacey can be seen next reprising his Horrible Bosses character in the sequel - out on November 26 in the US and November 28 in the UK.
