The comedy features Adam Scott (Step Brothers), Jane Lynch (Glee) and Jessica Alba (Fantastic Four).
The movie trailer previews scenes of Scott in the role of Carter, a 30-something whose parents' toxic relationship still wreaks havoc 15 years after their divorce.
While attempting to seek therapy, Carter discovers that he is the subject of a book centred on Adult Children of Divorce. The discovery reignites family issues and hilarious feuds with a confused Carter stuck in the middle.
Catherine O'Hara (Home Alone) and Richard Jenkins (Jack Reacher) star as Scott's parents with Lynch on board as his therapist.
Amy Poehler (Saturday Night Live), Clark Duke (Hot Tub Time Machine) and Mary Elizabeth Winstead (The Thing) also star.
A.C.O.D. has yet to be given an official release date.
