The remaining contestants reacted in shock to Lawrence's eviction in the semi-final of the Channel 5 reality show.
The dental nurse lost out to Charlie Travers and Sam Evans in the eviction.
Speaking to presenter Emma Willis in her elimination interview, Lawrence said that she didn't think she would make it to the semi-final stage of the show. Willis then revealed that there was less than 2% difference between Lawrence and the contestant who earned the second-highest amount of votes.
Asked about her feelings towards fellow housemate Dexter Koh, who chose to put Lawrence up for eviction over Gina Rio, she said that she had "no hard feelings" towards him, adding: "He had to do what he had to do".
She also stated that she thought Koh would place either third, second or third in the final of the reality show, while also revealing that she believed he was the most fake of the housemates.
"Out of all of them, Dexter," she said. "He came in and he said to Hazel that he had a gameplan."
Lawrence was then asked whether Koh deserved to win, to which she replied: "No. Not at all."
"Dexter has got two different personalities," she continued. "One minute he wants to be lovely and love you, and then he's got his work head, and when he puts his work head on I think everyone's just like "Why are you being like that Dexter? Snap out of it, that's not you."
"When he's being nice, I love him," continued Lawrence. "I think he's so nice, so funny - him and the twins have made me laugh throughout the whole of the series."
Willis also asked Lawrence who she would like to see win in the Big Brother final on Monday, August 19, and Lawrence said: "The twins, all the way. They have to win it, they have to."
