The British musician is expected to pose for the French fashion house as part of their L'Invitation au Voyage promotion, according to Women's Wear Daily .
David Bowie may appear in new Louis Vuitton adverts
Apparently he will feature in an image with model Arizona Muse and a striped hot air balloon.
Sources revealed the news after Bowie was seen filming in Venice this summer, and the final advert is believed to be lined up for release later this year.
He will apparently be seen standing over a piano in shots, with extras wearing Elizabethan-style costumes placed around him.

The job comes after the singer showcased the brand in the video for his recent single 'The Stars Are Out'. He donned a tartan Louis Vuitton jacket by Kim Jones among other designer pieces in the promo.
Louis Vuitton's first L'Invitation au Voyage instalment came out last November, with Muse also starring in that.
