BBC One's new fantasy drama stars Jack Donnelly as Jason, who is stranded on the ancient shores of Atlantis while searching for his father.

However, the first Strictly Come Dancing Saturday show achieved the evening's highest ratings, attracting 9.11m (43.4%) at 7pm. It was up 710k on last year's average of 8.7m and peaked at 9.92m at 8pm.
Over on ITV, meanwhile, The X Factor picked up 7.6m (34.6%) at 8.15pm, down 860k from last week's episode. It peaked with 8.04m at 9.15pm, while a further 236k (1.2%) caught the programme on +1. Stepping Out earlier earned 2.17m (10.3%) at 7.15pm (59k/0.3%) and Through The Keyhole had 3.26m (17.8%) at 9.45pm (126k/1%).
Back on BBC One, Match of the Day was viewed by 3.77m (29.6%) at 10.30pm.
On BBC Two, Dad's Army took 1.15m (5.8%) at 7pm and Count Arthur Strong interested 520k (2.5%) half an hour later.
The 70s was seen by 1.04m (4.7%) at 8pm, while Mock The Week earned 1.08m viewers (5%) from 9pm and The Sarah Millican Slightly Longer Television Programme had 1.16m (5.8%) at 9.30pm. At 10.15pm, Dara O'Briain: Craic Dealer amused 930k (5.6%).
'The Taking of Pelham 123'
On Channel 4, a Marvel's Agents of SHIELD repeat and Grand Designs had 780k (3.8%) and 550k (2.5%) respectively from 7pm (166k/0.7% and 176k/0.8%). Movie The Taking of Pelham 123 was watched by 750k (3.9%) at 9pm (171k/1.2%).
Channel 5 aired The Wonderful Country at 7.45pm, attracting 339k (1.5%) (37k/0.2%). Film Point Break pulled in 399k (2.7%) from 9.45pm (42k/0.4%).
Ford Saturday Night Football Live was the highest rated broadcast on the multichannels, bringing 857k (5.3%) to Sky Sports 1 from 5pm. Midsomer Murders followed with 783k (4%) on ITV3 at 9pm. The Xtra Factor finished in ninth place with 477k (2.6%) at 9.50pm on ITV2.
