"We Are Men" didn't do too well in the ratings.
The premiere of the new CBS comedy starring Tony Shalhoub and Jerry O'Connell had 6.4 million viewers and a 2.0 rating in the 18-49 demographic. Fine numbers for a network like NBC or Fox, but for CBS? It's troubling.
In fact, "We Are Men" opened lower than the now-canceled CBS comedy "Partners."
In an interview with Howard Stern, O'Connell quipped that his shows don't have long lives.
"Look, my shows get canceled very quickly, Howard ... If I were a betting man ..."
O'Connell recently starred in short-lived projects "The Defenders" and "Mockingbird Lane."
