The remaining two celebrities tackled the 'Final Feast' Trial in order to win a meal of their choice for their last night in camp.
The Westlife star and the royal fashion designer had to consume four unsavoury dishes each, to be awarded the equivalent luxury course for dinner.
Prior to the Trial, Egan admitted: "It's the one I've been dreading the most, I'm not going to lie.
"Put me in a cage with any animal, hang me out of a helicopter - no problem. But this is the one I feared the most."
For their starters, Emanuel had to eat Cheese fruit fondue - a bowl of blended cheese fruit with King Cricket on the side, while Egan was presented with Tap-ass - ostrich anus in a tapas dish.
For the main course, Emanuel ate a pig's penis which he described as "like rubber", and Egan gagged as he consumed fish and cow's udder.

Emanuel finished his dessert of Seaworm Sundae and declared: "Totes amazeballs. I've learnt that since I've been here."
Egan speedily ate a cockroach and a fisheye for his pudding, with Ant and Dec commenting that no-one had ever eaten an eye as quickly in the history of the show.
For the final course, the pair had to consume a drink of blended cockroach, cricket and mealworm, and another of blended fermented duck egg.
The duo were victorious in their challenge and were awarded a three course meal that evening.
Emanuel opted for smoked salmon, steak with mushrooms, tomatoes and fries, and eton mess, while Egan chose pizza, burger and chips, and Banoffee pie. Both contestants washed down their meal with a glass of beer.
