The Frank Cho -illustrated teaser sees Captain America being confronted by Doctor Strange and the other members of New Avengers' Illuminati.
"Everybody has one," reads the teaser.
Writer Jason Aaron and artist Mike Deodato Jr's story will deliver the core miniseries centring around the murder of Uatu the Watcher in his lunar home, following Mark Waid and Jim Cheung's Original Sin #0.
The event - which will run for eight issues across four months - threatens to see secrets from across the Marvel Universe revealed as the characters hunt for the killer.
Original Sin #0 will be released in April, with issue #1 landing in May.
