YouTube users Hans Meyer posted the 14-minute clip online, offering a close look at the Android handset from every angle.
The video features a German voiceover detailing the HTC One M8's main features, such as its dual rear cameras, new Sense UI and the addition of a micoSD slot.
The HTC One successor is expected to sport a powerful 2.3GHz Snapdragon 801 processor and run off a 2,600mAh battery.
It is also thought that a 1080p 5-inch display will be on board, while the aforementioned twin cameras will allow users to capture layered images that can be manually refocused afterwards.
HTC will announce the smartphone at simultaneous press conferences in London and New York tomorrow (March 25).
