The open-world game, which launched worldwide today (March 21), will receive additional content via the 300MB patch.
In addition to including bug fixes, the patch adds 19 new missions featuring approximately five hours of "unique gameplay".
The patch also implements several tweaks to balance difficulty, enhance engine performance and re-tune boss fights.
Infamous: Second Son is available now exclusively for PlayStation 4.
