BBC Three's fly-on-the-wall documentary show will return for a second run next Tuesday (April 8) at 9pm.
The show follows CEO Nev Wilshire, who runs the third-largest call centre in Swansea.
However, the new clip focuses on his son Phil, one of the call centre's longest-serving employees, and his role in the day-to-day running of the workplace.
The series proved to be a surprise hit on BBC Three last year, with many describing Wilshire as a real life David Brent.
The new series will see Wilshire begin to hire new staff after a bad year for the business.
