Octavia Spencer (The Help) stars in the comedy drama, which focuses on a group of ill teens in the pediatric ward of a hospital.
According to Deadline , the show is based on a Spanish series called Polseres Vermelles.
The ensemble cast also includes Griffin Gluck, Nolan Sotillo, Charlie Rowe, Zoe Levin, and Dave Annable.
Red Band Society is one of several new shows set to debut on Fox this fall.
Others include Backstrom, Gracepoint , and Empire.
