Los Angeles Superior Court Commissioner David J Cowan dismissed the guardianship case regarding 15-year-old Meadow Rain Walker.
Attorney Amy Nieman stated that there is a plan in place for the teenager's care, including help from a close friend of the late actor who was appointed by a different court to look after Meadow.
The teenager's mother Rebecca Soteros has been seeing her daughter while receiving treatment for alcohol addiction. Nieman confirmed that Soteros is currently sober, reports The AP .
Nieman concluded that there are "a lot of layers of support for Meadow".
Paul Walker's estate has purchased a home for Meadow and her mother to live, while a nanny who has cared for her for two years is currently living with her.
