As part of the copycat task, housemates must do something so outrageous, disgusting or embarrassing that their opponent will be unwilling to copy them.
Big Brother will split housemates into teams of two. One will become the performer while the other becomes the copier.
Zoe and Mark will take part in a Talent round where they must showcase their singing abilities.
As part of the Props round, either Winston or Steven can use items such as clippers, a thong, pink hairspray and nipple tassels to embarrass their opponent into submission.
The next round is called Honesty with Helen and Pav taking part. They'll have to reveal which housemate they like least and include reasons.
Mark and Ashleigh will participate in the Freestyle round, while Ash and Chris will perform in the Gross round.
The Gross round sees one member of the team eat food substances such as pickled eggs and jellied eels. The other member will have to follow suit.
Serving as judge, Christopher will choose a winner after each performance.
Big Brother continues tonight (July 19) at 9pm on Channel 5.
