The event - taking place in Los Angeles on February 6, 2015, two days before the Grammy Awards - will feature performances from Jack White, Neil Young, Crosby, Stills & Nash, Norah Jones and Beck.

The Black Keys, Tom Jones, Los Lobos, John Mellencamp, Willie Nelson, Bonnie Raitt and Eddie Vedder will also perform in tribute to Dylan.
President/CEO of the MusiCares Foundation and The Recording Academy Neil Portnow said: "In celebrating the 25th anniversary of our MusiCares Person of the Year tribute, it is most fitting that we are honouring Bob Dylan, whose body of creative work has contributed to America's culture, as well as that of the entire world, in genuinely deep and lasting ways."
Grammy and Emmy-winning producer Don Was will direct the music of the evening.

Recent winners of the MusiCares Person of the Year award have included Carole King (2014), Bruce Springsteen (2013), Sir Paul McCartney (2012), and Barbra Streisand (2011).
Meanwhile, Johnny Depp will appear on a new album based on Dylan's 'lost' lyrics.
Lost On The River: The New Basement Tapes is the result of Dylan handing a collection of unused songs over to producer T-Bone Burnett to find a use for.
Marcus Mumford of Mumford & Sons, Elvis Costello, Jim James of My Morning Jacket, Rhiannon Giddens of the Carolina Chocolate Drops and Taylor Goldsmith of Dawes will all feature on the album.
