Jawbone has launched a new music app called Drop, a service that works in conjunction with Spotify, Rdio and Twitter.
This is useful at parties as it will allow users to become a DJ of sorts, and take song requests from their guests over Twitter.

The application draws music from the streaming platforms, but users can submit song requests by sending tweets to a specific username.
Jawbone's Drop app for iOS
This is useful at parties as it will allow users to become a DJ of sorts, and take song requests from their guests over Twitter.
"Whether you're hosting a party or listening solo, Drop by Jawbone plays the right music for you with just one touch," reads the app's description.
"Friends can seamlessly add new tracks to the mix by sending you a tweet with the name of the song they want to play."
A premium subscription to Spotify or Rdio is required to use Drop and the app is only available for iOS devices in the US at present.
