She will also stage interventions between people who are on the verge of making permanent alterations to their bodies and those that regret their earlier decisions.
The new run of episodes will also see the 31-year-old as she explores a variety of bizarre beauty procedures that are available in Britain.
On the show's return, Piper said: "I'm so excited to be presenting the second series of Bodyshockers. With a multitude of shocking reveals and amazing reversals, the new series promises to be even more fascinating than the last!"
The new six-part series was commissioned by Channel 4 in August, following the popularity of the initial episodes.
