The comedian and Take Me Out presenter will perform 50 dates across the UK later this year.
It will be the first time that McGuinness has toured since 2011, and tickets will be on sale from Friday, January 30 at 10am.
Speaking of the tour, he said: "I'm really looking forward to being back on tour - I've missed it.
"I've got a great new show planned - 'Daddy McGuinness'. Amongst many other things, I'll be sharing several stories about becoming a first-time dad and parenthood. Roll on September!"
The tour will start in Scunthorpe on September 28 and conclude at the London Eventim Apollo on February 27 in 2016.
