Rescue Me star Thorne is playing Emme Haladjian, a prosecutor whose secrets possibly pose a threat to Cooper, reports Deadline .
The character is described as "beautiful, charismatic [and] highly-accomplished."
Thorne has also had roles on Prison Break, The Wire and Necessary Roughness.
Amber Clayton, Nadia Hilker, Aisha Hinds and Shaun Majumder were previously confirmed for roles in the pilot.
The project is being developed by John Scott Shepherd, Scott Winant and Nicky Weinstock.
