The 'Wrecking Ball' singer was recorded sharing an intimate dance with two backing performers at Spears's opening night at her two-year Las Vegas residency on Saturday (December 27).
She was then seen embracing one of the dancers in the short video, which was recorded by a fellow concert-goer.
Cyrus previously appeared in a separate video at the concert, in which she danced and sang along to Spears in the front row.
Katy Perry, Selena Gomez and Adam Lambert were also among the stars in attendance at the show at Planet Hollywood.
Britney Spears is slated for a two-year stint at the Vegas venue, with the possibility of an extension also on the cards.
Meanwhile, Miley Cyrus recently denied claims from Joe Jonas that she pressured him into taking drugs.
