The video looks at the detective thriller game's primary protagonist, Ronan O' Connor, and introduces a new female character.
After being murdered, Ronan roams Salem as a ghost, hunts for his killer and meets a girl who has the ability to see him.
As a ghost, Ronan can possess human beings and influence their behaviour to affect the outcomes of cases.
Murdered: Soul Suspect is scheduled to launch in June for PC, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.
It will also be released for Xbox One and PlayStation 3.
Both next-generation versions of the game will offer native 1080p output.
