The final version of the song will reunite Pitbull with Jennifer Lopez, and will also feature popular Brazilian singer Claudia Leitte.
Pitbull, Lopez and Leitte will perform the song at the Opening Ceremony of the World Cup in Sao Paulo on June 12.
'We Are One (Ole Ola) will be the fourth collaboration between Pitbull and Lopez, following 'On The Floor', 'Dance Again' and 'Live It Up'.
Announcing the track last month, Pitbull said: "I'm honoured to join Jennifer Lopez and Claudia Leitte at the FIFA World Cup to bring the world together.
"I truly believe that this great game and the power of music will help unify us, because we are best when we are one."
Lopez added: "I grew up in a house that loved futbol, so I am thrilled to be performing at the World Cup Opening Ceremonies with Pitbull and Claudia Leitte.
"This is an amazing celebration of global unity, competition and the sport."
