David Goyer has spoken about the forthcoming Constantine TV pilot.
He told I am Rogue : "We start shooting next week. Shooting the pilot. We only have four series regulars but we've cast them all now.
Goyer said the series will be closer to what Alan Moore created, with the addition of other DC figures.

The producer said that fans can expect to see other characters from the DC universe appear if a full series is commissioned.
He told I am Rogue : "We start shooting next week. Shooting the pilot. We only have four series regulars but we've cast them all now.
"I'm proud to say that Constantine is actually being played by a British guy, Matt Ryan, and he is going to have blond hair."
Ryan's casting as John Constantine was confirmed last month, while True Blood star Lucy Griffiths and Lost's Harold Perrineau have also joined the cast of the NBC pilot.

Goyer said the series will be closer to what Alan Moore created, with the addition of other DC figures.
Asked if it will follow a similar path to Arrow, Goyer replied: "I think we would try to bring in some of the other occult figures."
Goyer has also written the script for the pilot, and The Descent's Neil Marshall will direct.
