The movie stars Tom Cruise as a soldier who's caught in a time loop in the final days of a war against aliens.
Major William Cage (Cruise) has never seen a day of combat when he is unceremoniously dropped into what amounts to a suicide mission.
Killed within minutes, Cage is then thrown into a time loop which forces him to live out the same brutal combat over and over.
Emily Blunt also stars as Special Forces warrior Rita Vrataski in the science fiction blockbuster, which was previously titled All You Need Is Kill and is being directed by The Bourne Identity's Doug Liman.
The first trailer premiered in December last year, and the movie is due out in cinemas on May 30, 2014.
