"We've heard about a small number of users experiencing intermittent issues," a representative for the firm said in a statement to Polygon .

Microsoft has confirmed it is looking into the issue and offers a number of potential solutions on its Xbox Support page.
"We've heard about a small number of users experiencing intermittent issues," a representative for the firm said in a statement to Polygon .
"We're actively investigating and are working on a resolution."
Affected owners can try to carefully disconnect the headset and then reconnect it to the controller's expansion port.

The company previously confirmed its plans to launch its own Xbox One headset and adapter.
