Two new promos feature Rock trying to magically summon this weekend's musical guest Prince with the help of SNL's Kenan Thompson.
Rock later appears to be annoyed at Thompson's lack of enthusiasm about the host's Saturday Night Live comeback.

This weekend's show will break from Saturday Night Live's established format when Prince performs one extended musical medley in the middle of the episode, rather than two staggered songs.
Saturday Night Live airs on NBC at 11.30pm ET.
