The Apprentice runner-up placed the jewellery carefully down her neon pink vest in front of amused fellow housemates and waited to see Dappy's reaction.
When Casey Batchelor, who was in on the prank, pointed out Luisa's top to get his attention, Dappy did a double-take before exclaiming: "What the hell is that? Jesus Christ. What's wrong with them?"
He added: "They look like you've put something down them. They don't look real."
Ollie Locke played his part in the practical joke by suggesting: "She's just been playing with them for like half an hour."
Luisa quipped: "I can't help it."
Dappy then joked in the Diary Room that Luisa's breasts probably needed their own passports, adding that one has its own heartbeat, and the other its own name.
Luisa eventually let him in on the trick and, not long after, the pair jumped into the hot tub for a frolic.
Last week, Dappy sucked Luisa's nipple following a game of truth or dare.

All the housemates (bar Jim Davidson) were in a jubilant mood yesterday following a Big Brother talent show task called In The Limelight, during which the celebrity contestants had to showcase their talents.
Sam Faiers and Ollie, who performed an entertaining improvised scene from a constructed reality show, eventually won it and the whole house were treated to party snacks and booze.
