Sofia Vergara has broken off her engagement to Nick Loeb, claiming it's "not fun anymore".
Posting a statement on her WhoSay profile, she wrote: "Not that anyone should care, but in order to not give the press the chance to invent crazy and hurtful drama, I prefer to tell my fans personally that Nick and I have desided to be apart. [sic]

The Modern Family actress got engaged to Nick Loeb in the summer of 2012.

"We have been having too many problems with figuring out how to spend time together and becouse of my work and now his, it's been getting worse and worse, not fun anymore. [sic]
"We are still very close but we belive is the best thing for us right now. [sic]"
Vergara previously said that she never planned to remarry after splitting from childhood sweetheart Joe Gonzalez nearly two decades ago.
Vergara is currently filming comedy movie Don't Mess with Texas with Reese Witherspoon.
