"Feels right to have a woman follow President Obama, doesn't it?" Strong said at the beginning of her set, alluding to Clinton's recently-announced bid for the 2016 presidential election.
"I'm excited about Hillary running, though I'm not sure she's excited about having to run," she added. "I think she feels the same way Meryl Streep feels when she's asked to audition for something - 'Are you kidding me? You're making me go through this? I mean you know I'm gonna get it'."
Strong also targeted President Obama, his Secret Service and the ongoing protests over police treatment of black suspects in her routine.
"Let's give it up for the Secret Service," she announced. "I don't want to be too hard on those guys. They're the only law enforcement agency in the country that will get in trouble if a black man gets shot."
The comedian later added: "After six years in office, your approval rating is 48% and your grey hair is at 85%. Your hair is so white now it can talk back to the police."

As she drew her routine to a close, Strong also referenced President Obama's frequent chat show appearances.
"Mr President, thank you for taking time away from being on Jimmy Kimmel to be here," she said, before moving on to comparing him to the Queen of Pop, Madonna, in her final remarks.
"You know, Mr President, you probably get this a lot, but you're a lot like Madonna. You've both given this country so much, but like in a year and half you got to stop."
Strong was joined at the event by a variety of celebrities, media personalities and journalists, including Laverne Cox, Gayle King and Jane Fonda.
