EastEnders has released the first pictures of the fall that leads to Kat Moon's pregnancy scare.
However, in tonight's episode (January 2), while home alone, Kat - whose pregnancy in the early stages - takes a fall.

Viewers have already seen Kat (Jessie Wallace ) reveal to overjoyed partner Alfie (Shane Richie) on Christmas Day that she is pregnant with his baby.

However, in tonight's episode (January 2), while home alone, Kat - whose pregnancy in the early stages - takes a fall.
She is left clutching her stomach in pain and struggles to get back up again.
Alfie later finds Kat in the worrying state and rushes her straight to hospital, where tests need to be carried out to discover whether the baby is okay.
EastEnders airs tonight at 7.30pm on BBC One.
