The Boyzone star's trunks fell down on more than one occasion during the latest live show, giving viewers a surprise when the camera panned to him underwater.
Duffy saw the funny side when host Gabby Logan made reference to the wardrobe malfunction, saying: "The trunks came off, what can I say?
"I'm just lucky I got them back on again in time Gabby, or I'd be standing here in my birthday suit."
Perri Kiely won tonight's semi-final, with Duffy beating Michaela Strachan in a closely fought splash-off. Both will now compete in the final on February 15.
Richard Whitehead, Dan Osborne, Austin Healey and Digital Spy's Anna Williamson will compete against one another to fill the two remaining spots in the final.
Splash! continues next Saturday (February 8) at 7.10pm on ITV.
